Welcome to PuraCare. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the PuraCare platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

General Terms

By registering with PuraCare, you acknowledge that you: • Are at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration • Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • Are responsible for all activities conducted through your account • Agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes

Orders & Purchases

When placing an order through PuraCare: • Orders are considered binding once confirmed • We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason • Prices are subject to change without prior notice • We make every effort to ensure product description accuracy • Displayed images may vary slightly from the actual product • Available quantities are limited and subject to availability

Payment & Billing

PuraCare payment terms: • We accept approved payment methods displayed on the website • All prices are in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated • Payment is charged upon order confirmation • You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees • In case of payment failure, the order may be cancelled

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery policy: • We provide delivery service across Egypt • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed • Free shipping for orders exceeding 1000 EGP • The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address • In case of non-receipt, please contact us within 48 hours

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchange policy: • Returns can be requested within 7 days of product receipt • The product must be in its original condition and unused • Some medical products are non-returnable for health reasons • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of return acceptance • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective

Limitation of Liability

PuraCare's liability limitations: • Products are provided "as is" without additional warranties • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages • Our maximum liability does not exceed the order value in question • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • The user is responsible for verifying product suitability for their needs

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. In the event of any dispute, the competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction to hear and resolve the dispute.
